Theraputic Massage Therapist

Kendra's Story
Kendra L. Lemmon, LMT, CYT, is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Yoga Instructor with over a decade of experience in therapeutic bodywork and wellness care. A graduate of the Cortiva Institute Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy, Kendra had long been drawn to massage therapy and its many benefits before it became her professional calling.

Her interest in understanding the human body began early through her academic studies as a Kinesiology major at Penn State University. Around that same time, Kendra took her first yoga class and experienced an “a ha moment” that inspired a dedicated personal practice and years of continued study, ultimately leading her to become a certified yoga instructor. This combination of academic knowledge, clinical training, and hands on experience allows her to approach each client with both technical expertise and a thoughtful understanding of body mechanics and movement.

When Kendra chose to further her education through massage therapy training, she realized it offered the perfect opportunity to blend her passions into one meaningful goal: helping people feel their best. Recognizing that every body is unique, she tailors each session to the specific needs of the individual while creating a supportive and restorative experience.

Kendra’s experience includes manual lymphatic drainage, oncology-informed massage, prenatal and postpartum massage, myofascial release techniques, craniosacral therapy, Thai massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue work, breathing exercises, yin yoga practices, and guided awareness techniques. She also draws from her experience as an instructor at the Cortiva School of Massage Therapy, reflecting her commitment to continued learning, education, and patient-centered care.

Her approach is warm, individualized, and results-oriented, with a focus on reducing pain, improving mobility, supporting overall wellness, and helping clients better understand their body’s capacity to heal.
