FSIM Health Programs

At Full Spectrum Integrative Medicine, we provide personalized medical care that looks beyond symptoms to identify root causes and build practical, sustainable plans for better health.

Our programs combine conventional medicine with integrative and functional approaches, guided by evidence, clinical judgment, and a deep understanding of how lifestyle, nutrition, hormones, and environment affect the body.

Patients commonly come to us for:

  • Fatigue, brain fog, weight changes, and metabolic concerns

  • Digestive symptoms, inflammation, food sensitivities

  • Hormone concerns (thyroid, perimenopause, menopause, testosterone, PCOS)

  • Preventive care, longevity, and optimizing long-term health

Comprehensive Programs

New Patient Integrative Functional Medicine Plan

This is our foundational program for new patients who want a thoughtful, comprehensive evaluation and a clear plan forward.

Who this is for
If you feel unwell, stuck, or unheard, and want a physician to connect the dots across your symptoms, labs, history, and lifestyle.

What to expect

  • Review of your health history and relevant medical records (typically the last 1–2 years)

  • A comprehensive first visit focused on understanding patterns, priorities, and next steps

  • A personalized diagnostic and treatment plan that aligns with your goals and preferences

  • Follow-up visit(s) to review results, refine the plan, and guide implementation

Typical time commitment
Most patients work with us for 4–12 months, depending on complexity and goals.

Testing and costs
Laboratory and specialty testing are billed separately. If record review is unusually extensive, this is discussed in advance.

Ultra Wellness Preventative Exam

A comprehensive preventive health evaluation designed to identify risks early and support long-term vitality.

Who this is for
If you feel generally well but want a deeper understanding of your health, future risk, and how to protect your healthspan.

Includes

  • Review of medical history, lifestyle, and family risk

  • Advanced biomarker testing when appropriate

  • Personalized prevention and optimization plan

  • Clear guidance on nutrition, exercise, sleep, and follow-up care

Typical timeline
Often completed over 3–6 months, depending on testing and follow-up needs.

Bioidentical Hormone Therapy for all Disorders of Hormone Imbalance

A structured, safety-focused approach to hormone evaluation and optimization.

Who this is for

  • Perimenopause and menopause symptoms

  • Thyroid concerns

  • Low testosterone or androgen imbalance

  • PCOS and cycle irregularities

  • Adrenal and cortisol-related symptoms

Our approach
We begin with a comprehensive evaluation to rule out common contributors that can mimic hormone imbalance, such as nutrient deficiencies, gut health issues, sleep disruption, stress, and inflammation. Hormone therapy is then personalized based on clinical findings, safety considerations, and your goals.

Monitoring and safety
Appropriate screening and monitoring are required and individualized. This may include mammograms, Pap smears, bone density testing, colon screening, PSA testing, and labs as indicated.
