How to Sign Up?

All  New patients must complete all of the steps below:


  1. To become a new patient of Full Spectrum Integrative Medicine sign up through our online registration link.

  2. After completing the registration form, you will be sent a confirmation email. You must go to your email account to verify the registration before any further access will be granted.

  3. After confirming your email you will be directed to Full Spectrum Integrative Medicine's patient portal to set up your user name and password. 

  4. After completing those steps, please log in and complete the Questionnaires and Sections as instructed on the portal's Home Page.

  5. After completing the forms please send an appointment request through the patient portal or call the office at 610-557-8500 to set up an appointment. Not all appointment types or times are available through the portal to request, so if you do not see what you are looking for please call us and we will try to accommodate your request. A credit card number or check for $200 will be needed to secure the appointment. Please note that appointments can only be scheduled after online forms have been completed, so we may prepare for your visit.

  6. New patients, please transfer 1-2 years of your medical records for Dr. Staid's review prior to your appointment. Records need to be received at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment. If not received in time, we may need to reschedule your appointment. If you are a Legacy Patient, please request your entire chart from The Marcus Institute to enhance the continuity of your care.  A Medical Release Form is available on the portal or through this download. Due to HIPPA privacy laws, you must request your records to be transferred in writing. We accept records by mail and fax.
