Liz Basciano

Liz’s journey into healthcare began in her teens when she witnessed her father’s courageous battle with advanced diabetes. His fight inspired her to pursue a Medical Assistant degree, marking the start of her lifelong dedication to patient care. Throughout her career, Liz has brought comfort, empathy, and joy to those she serves, combining her experience in both administrative and clinical roles.

Her tenure at Hahnemann University Hospital allowed her to refine her mission of ensuring patients and their families receive the highest quality care and respect. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Liz uses her bilingual skills to help diverse communities feel heard and understood. She is passionate about treating every individual with dignity, compassion, and unwavering support.

Liz is thrilled to be part of the FSIM team, a place where her patient-centered goals align perfectly with the clinic’s reputation for excellence in care.

Outside of work, Liz finds joy in cooking while singing her favorite tunes, creating crafts, and volunteering at local animal rescue events. She also loves hiking nature trails and cherishes everything vintage and spooky. She shares these passions with her fiancé, her beloved daughter, and their two rescue animals.
