Maria is a graduate of Seton Hall University College of Nursing and Cortiva School of Massage is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner and Massage therapist. She has additional training as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. She currently uses her massage skills to assist with pain management and relaxation. Her medical background gives her a particular skill in working with our clients in the arena of pain management. Her massage training includes Myoskeletal Alignment, STRAIT scar tissue release method, and massage for joint pain.

 

Maria has a particular passion for total wellness and assists our clients to find their optimal health through a combination of bodywork, nutrition, exercise. She is especially dedicated to helping her patients/clients achieve their goals. She is knowledgeable, energetic and thorough in her approach.

 

Maria in her leisure time enjoys long walks with her dogs, hiking, kayaking, and playing tennis. She is a lover of classical and jazz music and listens regularly during the day. She is also an avid reader, mostly non-fiction, and loves curling up with a good book and her dogs on rainy days. She also relishes the time she can spend with her family and friends.
