About the event
Led by Kim Cermak, the Mindfullness Based Stress Reduction curriculum consists of a range of formal mindfulness meditation practices including breathing techniques to elicit relaxation, body scan, sitting meditation, walking meditation, gentle and mindful yoga, eating meditation, mindful listening and loving kindness mediations. You will leave the course with a toolkit of mindfulness practices to make your own.
-May 6 - June 24 -meetings on Thursdays from 5:30 - 7:00pm
-Saturday June 5, full day of mindfulness
Cost: $500 for the 8-week MBSR Program**
