About the event

Led by Kim Cermak, the Mindfullness Based Stress Reduction curriculum consists of a range of formal mindfulness meditation practices including breathing techniques to elicit relaxation, body scan, sitting meditation, walking meditation, gentle and mindful yoga, eating meditation, mindful listening and loving kindness mediations. You will leave the course with a toolkit of mindfulness practices to make your own.

  • Week 1, Sept 17, 7-8:30PM
  • Week 2, Sept 24, 7-8:30PM
  • Week 3, October 1, 7-8:30PM
  • Week 4, October 8, 7-8:30PM
  • Week 5, October 15, 7-8:30PM
  • Full Day of Mindfulness, October 17, 10AM-3PM
  • Week 6, October 22, 7-8:30PM
  • Week 7, October 29, 7-8:30PM
  • Week 8, November 5, 7-8:30PM

Cost: $525 for the 8-week MBSR Program**
