About the Event
Led by Kim Cermak, the Mindfullness Based Stress Reduction curriculum consists of a range of formal mindfulness meditation practices including breathing techniques to elicit relaxation, body scan, sitting meditation, walking meditation, gentle and mindful yoga, eating meditation, mindful listening and loving kindness mediations. You will leave the course with a toolkit of mindfulness practices to make your own.
The course will take place on Tuesdays starting January 14th to March 10th.
January 14th will be an Introduction to MBSR from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm
January 21st to March 10th the program runs from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm
On Saturday, February 22nd there will be a Day of Mindfullness from 10 am to 3 pm
Cost: $525 for the 8-week MBSR Program**
